When will my order arrive & can I track my order?

Delivery times are dependent on when the order is placed and the schedules of our courier. We are closed on Mondays and Tuesday, so orders can only be shipped from Wednesday to Friday.

Deliveries are estimated at 5-15 working days from the date of order. It is normally 1-5 working days from date of dispatch.

Although we do everything we can to deliver on time, things can go wrong, so we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. To expedite your order please contact info@drakbrew.co.za

All orders will be trackable with a tracking code through our courier partner The Courier Guy. Should you want the tracking number please request it from info@drakbrew.co.za

Do you deliver overseas?

Unfortunately, we are not currently processing deliveries and orders from outside of South Africa.

What are your Payment Options?

Payment is made by credit card through our merchant portal Payfast.

Can I place an order and pay on delivery?

Sadly, this is not an option. All orders must be paid for in full before it can be processed and sent out from our brewery.

What is your refund/return policy?

Although we always strive to provide the perfect service, we understand that mistakes do occasionally happen. If we have provided you with items that are not identical to the ones you ordered, we will gladly exchange it or refund you for the relevant amount, provided the original order is returned to our brewery in the same condition it was received. Whilst we do our utmost to ensure the quality level of the beers that are listed on Drakbrew.co.za, we are unfortunately not in a position to refund or exchange beers that were not to your personal preference.

How do I cancel my order if I have already paid?

If you have already paid for your order and have not yet received an email notifying that your order has been dispatched from our brewery, contact us at info@drakbrew.co.za, so we can arrange for your order to be cancelled.

You will be refunded in full.

How do I cancel my order is it has already been dispatched?

Orders that have been dispatched are in the possession of the courier. And cannot be cancelled. Drakensberg Brewery does not take responsibility for any late orders placed with us, i.e. for a function.
